Welcome to Grow Fit founded by me, Bruce Anderson, former professional football player for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, and CFL teams like the Edmonton Elks and BC Lions as well. My journey from the football field to fitness entrepreneurship is fueled by a passion for giving back and lessons learned in professional sports: discipline, teamwork, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence.
